If a jumper or jacket doesn't fit the way you hoped, send it back within 30 days of delivery. There is no restocking fee, and you can exchange for another size or colour, subject to availability.
If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, the return postage is on us. Simple as that.

How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery transit time is 3–7 business days. Total delivery time is typically 4–9 business days from the date you place your order. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. For change-of-mind returns the item must be unused and in its original condition, and return postage is the customer’s responsibility. If your item arrives defective or damaged, email us at info@vossella.com with your order number and a photo – we will cover return shipping and process your refund within 7 business days of receiving the item.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom. There is no minimum order amount required.
