You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. For change-of-mind returns the item must be unused and in its original condition, and return postage is the customer’s responsibility. If your item arrives defective or damaged, email us at info@vossella.com with your order number and a photo – we will cover return shipping and process your refund within 7 business days of receiving the item.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom. There is no minimum order amount required.
